1. Installation Included
All tent rentals include professional setup and installation by our team.
2. Customer Presence Required
A customer or authorized representative must be present at the time of installation to confirm placement and sign off on the setup location.
3. Relocation Fee
If the tent needs to be moved after the initial installation, an additional relocation fee will apply. This fee covers labor, equipment, and any delays caused by the change in placement.
4. Underground Utilities
Customers are responsible for identifying and marking all underground utilities, including:
Customers must call 811 at least 5 days prior to the event to have utilities properly marked.
Royal Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for any damage to unmarked underground utilities.
5. Damages
Any damages to the tent, equipment, or accessories during the rental period will result in an additional charge to cover repair or replacement costs.
