Marquee Letters Rental Policy:

1. Reservation & Payment

  • A deposit of %25 is required to reserve marquee letters.
    The remaining balance is due upon delivery
  • Payment methods accepted: ( Credit/Debit, Zelle and Cash App
  • Prices include setup and takedown unless instructed otherwise by customer

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 15 days before the event will receive a fullrefund.
  • Cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • All refunds will be charged a $5 processing fee

3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

  • Extension Chord up to 15ft  is provided at delivery
  • If the customer is responsible for pickup, letters must be transported securely to avoid damage.
  • Letters must be returned in the same condition as received.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Marquee letters must be placed on a flat, stable surface away from water, extreme heat, or high-traffic areas where they could be knocked over.
  • The renter is responsible for providing access to a power source within 25ft for lighted marquee letters.
  • Do not use tape, nails, or any adhesives on the marquee letters. Any damage caused by misuse will result in repair or replacement charges.
  • The renter is responsible for the security of the letters throughout the rental period.

5. Liability

• The renter assumes full responsibility for the safe handling and use of the items.

6. Weather Policy

  • Marquee letters are not waterproof and should not be exposed to rain or extreme weather.
  • If outdoor use is required, the customer must ensure proper covering and protection from weather conditions.
  • Additional fees may apply for cleaning, drying, or repairing letters damaged due to weather exposure.
